Our afternoon entertainment one day this summer was watching Scott from Tip Top Tree Service cut down an old tree in our backyard. It was beginning to rot and was in danger of falling on the house so we knew it needed to go. The kids enjoyed watching through the windows and Scott teased us that it cost more for them to watch. Tree removal is much more of an art than I realized...especially when powerlines, houses and decks are in the way.
Eric liked watching him climb up the tree.
This was Sylvia's favorite part.
