First Balloon
There were balloons at church last weekend for the grand opening celebration. Grandpa tied one to Sylvia's wrist and we brought it home with us. What is it about balloons that bring children so much joy? The ribbon is just long enough for her to grab and pull around the house. I believe she actually enjoys watching Daddy play with it more than she likes playing with it herself. Five days have past, and our balloon is still floating up to the ceiling. Not sure what has changed since I was a kid, but my balloons never lasted this long.
